From the moment we walked in they were very polite and amazing with my dog! They treat every dog like it is there own. Ares will definitely be back for daycare and boarding when needed!

Our puppy is, well, a puppy. He doesn't appreciate being home alone so I needed a place for him to go. Hounds Town is perfect. Murphy gets so excited when he realizes that is where we stopped. It is great seeing photos throughout the day as well.

We had an excellent experience boarding our pup at Hounds Town! The customer service was fantastic, and the staff communicated with us every step of the way. We especially loved that they posted daily pictures of our dog playing—it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. The facility was very clean, and it’s clear the team truly cares about the dogs in their care. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be returning!

I left my dog Cerberus here for a week for boarding. After we had picked him up, my husband and I noticed the underneath of his dog bed covered in throw up or poop (we’re not really sure which) and had urine on his dog toy which he’s never done before. Someone had clearly cleaned the top of the bed but I would’ve appreciated being notified at pick up if he had an accident.
