My dog had so much fun! I'm so happy with the service. When I picked her up she was bathed and even her belongings were cleaned. I most definitely will be using them again.
I scheduled an initial consultation and on my first appointment I ended up having to reschedule because I was stuck in traffic. The staff there made it so easy for me to reschedule and they were very accommodating. When I came the next day, I was able to meet several members of the staff and they were just as nice in person. There was this particular gentleman there who assessed my dog and reviewed my paperwork. He was very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt so welcomed and comfortable having my dog there.
