Dogs did a day of doggy daycare then a few days of boarding. Each time it's been a good experience with drop off and pickup. Very attentive. They even gave my larger dog a bath as she was nervous peeing and they didn't want her to get hotspots. As well as cleaning their bed.
Oh my Gosh….this place is AMAZING. We boarded our two pups for three nights and we couldn’t be happier. These people actually ARE DOG PEOPLE! They genuinely care about your pup and they know what they’re doing. The pups don’t just sit in a cage all day and night. When I picked up my dogs from their stay, they were NOT stressed at all - which is a huge change from average boarding establishments. This is one of the most worth while services I’ve ever paid for and we couldn’t be happier!
We’re transitioning from Washington, DC to North Carolina, and finding a place I could truly trust with my dog was very important to me. Fantastic experience! The staff genuinely cared for my dog, and she came home happy, tired, and well cared for. Highly recommend this daycare or overnight boarding to anyone looking for a place for their pup.
I have used Hound Town for three years now and going cry when I have to leave to move to Michigan. Maxie my dog has been going there since she was a puppy. She has more friends than I have had in my life time. I think she's going to be more upset than me. The staff has been nothing but great and professional to me and Maxie. The time that I left for vacation and wrote down the instructions for feeding Maxie in my haste I forgot to tell them it was in the refrigerator. They used their own food until I came back.
