I regularly take my dogs to the HT in St. Louis and was excited to see this one was so near to where we were staying in Houston. The employees were lovely and my dogs had a great time. HOWEVER, I learned while paying that the employees do not receive their credit card tips. This is illegal and the business owner should be ashamed. I had them refund my credit transaction so I could repay without a tip and leave a tip they would actually get. This is shameful and I'm sure that the regular customers at this location don't want ... read more
We love HoundsTown and if I could rate them 100 stars we would. Our pup Astra loves going to "school" and playing with her dog friends. The stare here is top notch. The photos they post, the care they give the dogs, the little parties and treats that they have at no extra cost, the raffles, etc. make this a wonderful experience for not only our pup but for us as dog parents as well. Their spa services are also amazing, and bringing Astra here 2x a week Has been a great decision! Keep up the great work team!
