My dog is currently at a different doggy daycare, which is an amazing place but it gets a little too crowded and I don’t want my dog overwhelmed or put in a room with 48 dogs. So I called and spoke with a person over the phone. We meet with manager Jennifer and she was caring to our pets and paperwork right away and the staff as well. I recommend hounds town for boarding and one the few pet hotels in long island.
Absolutely the BEST doggie daycare around. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding to your needs and concerns. They go above and beyond for the fur babies.
Im giving them these stars because the dog I have now never stayed there. Once before I had a dog who stayed here and he came hom nervous so I didn't send him back. I think this place is personal opinion. We all have different standards. On my recent tour I was not allowed to tour the facility. Red flag. What I did see was 5 large dogs in one small pen area and then a second set of large dogs in another small pen area. No humans in either pen. The dogs were barking incessantly. It was just loud.
