Sam and Minnie had their friend Boogie there too and they had a great play day . HT makes sure that new friends get comfortable with other dogs. We love HT. Emily watched us play to be sure everything was ok. Thx Emily.
Evaluation went very well. Staff was welcoming to Archie and explained everything very well with a tour He is spending the afternoon there with a cute Corgi. Archie is enjoying his visits and meeting new people. He likes playing with the other dogs and puppies. Staff is very friendly, fun, and professional. Our CeCe was previously an animal shelter rescue through BTCKK and had stayed at HT for 3 weeks until we adopted her. She's been gone for a month so the staff took extra care to re-introduce her to other dogs. She's a little timid and picky with other dogs so the staff discussed socializing her and getting her used to being back. They are so kind, the facility is clean and CeCe had a wonderful time. She also had a bath and smelled great!
Great service, great customer support, and even got a report card on how well my Australian Shepherd did at his first Free day of Day camp! Already booked a week of vacation coming up, and I love the optional bath and grooming service at the end of the stay being available at the same location for convenience. I couldn’t tour the entire facility when I arrived in the morning for drop off, but there were big windows to peak in somewhat.
