Had a wonderful experience at this extremely caring, friendly and professional facility. Everyone that I met was this way; but the owner, was extraordinarily kind, compassionate and caring while she went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable.
I've brought my dog here several times before, and it had been awhile since we did daycare, since the last time I saw him after his visit he was soaked in urine and seemed not just eager to get back to me but truly anxious and unhappy. At the time, I thought it was a one-off, but my dog had been so clingy I was worried about returning. This visit, like the first several was awesome, and he came out so happy to see me! I can’t say enough good things about Houndstown GC. Our 10-year-old dog, Orange, has epilepsy and several serious health issues, which makes leaving him anywhere an incredibly stressful experience. But the staff here went above and beyond in every way imaginable. He stayed for six nights and required multiple medications daily, and they handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
