I just had the best experience at Hounds Town in Fort Worth, the staff specifically Paris were so helpful with all the questions I had, and they treated my puppy so well I would feel safe leaving Rain here any day.
Do not try and go to this doggy boarding. I was told different things by staff about what I needed to do before I dropped my dog off. Also, they waited until days before I needed to leave out of town to let me know I had to do a reevaluation and staff was not willing to work with me on time for reevaluation. When I finally got in they brought a dog in to mingle with my dog that snapped at her and then told us it was her and that she wasn't allowed to go there for boarding, two days before I had to go out of town.
