Had a friend bring her dog here and was really shocked at what she found out afterward. Once the dogs are dropped off, they’re just placed in a room with no structure, no activities, and absolutely no staff interaction. The employees are not allowed to engage with the dogs at all once they’re past the lobby. To me, this feels unsafe and unfair — dogs aren’t meant to just sit in a room with no routine, stimulation, or attention. Great place to take your pup! Meet and greet and explanation of facilities was very thorough. I loved how welcoming and professional everyone was and answered all of my questions. My pup, Zina, loves coming here and being greeted by name at the door is an extra element we appreciate greatly 🤩 Affordable prices and pick up & drop off are always hassle-free and quick.
