Very friendly staff and clean environment! My dog was a little nervous at first but they made him comfortable and kept an eye on him! We will be back tomorrow for another day of daycare!
The staff is amazing! Megan, Emily, May and especially Nikki.. they all go above and beyond expectations and they truly love the fur babies. They are so detailed in their reports of how my Stella girl is progressing. I rescued Stella a few months ago and thanks to the staff she is socializing wonderfully. They know exactly how to get them involved and playing. The facility is extremely clean. The only thing I would want if there were cameras so you can see how your pets interact. We were very impresssd by the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about dog behavior. I felt comfortable leaving her there for daycare and plan to use the services for boarding. If you have any reservations, give it a try and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all. The communication was easy and smooth. They are close to the house, so I am hopeful that this will be our go to place for daycare and boarding.
Minus: The staff don't interact with the dogs except to clean up poop and pee and to lead them in and out? No cameras? You can't tour the place? Hmmmm. On the plus side: It's immaculate, the tiny staff seem wonderful and my dog loved it! But the minus side outweighs the plus for me. Especially no cameras or tours. What are you hiding back there, Hound's Town?
