They were amazing from the whole experience from start to finish. From the first time I called and getting diesel ready and scheduled for an evaluation to picking him up from his free first daycare/ evaluation to booking him for boarding! The staff is super friendly, very welcoming, and was super kind and lovely towards diesel with lots of love! I definitely feel safe and comfortable leaving diesel for boarding while I’m away on vacation. I can be in peace knowing he is getting lots of love and great treatment!
My dog had so much fun! The staff was wonderful and so sweet with our dog!
We have been using Hounds Town since they first opened. We recently got a puppy who gets nervous around strangers and they are so great with him. They post pictures daily so you can see what your dogs have been doing. Really appreciate how attentive and caring everyone there is!
Buster had a great first day, smiling front and center! I’m so impressed with the wonderful staff (they are true dog lovers and know each dog). The bath and nail trim were excellent too. Can’t wait to come back for another day of play with the gang.
The most thought through, kind, clean and well trained doggie day cares I've ever seen. What a team as well. Answered all my and my sons questions.
