Please, take your dog somewhere else for daycare and boarding!!!! They lied to me and refused to (or couldn't because of negligence) share details about injuries my dog sustained while in their care on 2 different occasions. While almost all other daycares have some video footage you can watch live, they have no video footage, and now I know why... Most of the staff has been very kind, but they lack the knowledge and staffing necessary to run a safe doggie daycare. The owner has made it very clear he is not liable for my dog... read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars! The place is so clean and well maintained. The dogs are well cared for by a caring, knowledgeable and professional staff. The hours for daycare and boarding work great with a busy schedule too. The boarding rooms are spacious and the staff doesn’t try to upsell for larger options. I am so glad we found Hounds Town. Sophie loves being a “Townie!”

We LOVE Houndstown. Ive been taking my dog to all the Houndstowns around the nation while being a digital nomad and had nothing but positive experiences. This is coming from someone who has gone to many many daycare centers and disliked most. To have had a 100% positive experience at 4 locations now speaks to this company. Our 2 big dogs stayed with this location for 3 weeks while we went to Peru and we feel that they took good care of our pups. This is the BEST doggy daycare! My dogs absolutely love going! They get so excited and the employees truly love them as their own!! I’m sooo thankful we have this in our area! Thank u Hounds Town for all you do for my fur-babies! The monthly parties and gifts you do for all of them is beyond what is expected!
