Terrible. The Lady who owns the place is NOT a lady. Bad attitude.
The staff at Hound Doggie Day Care were extremely friendly and welcoming! My dog, Lilly, was jumping and wagging her tail the moment we arrived—she was so happy to see everyone. It was clear she felt comfortable and excited to be there. The team even gave her a treat, which made her day! I really appreciate how kind and attentive the staff were. Definitely a wonderful place for dogs to play and feel loved.
Really loved the employees and the vibes! Can’t wait for my pup to come back!!
Hounds Town took our girls in at the last minute when we had an unexpected urgent weekend trip we needed to make. From the intake over the phone, to the temperament test, to pick up everything was wonderful and each and every staff member were so helpful, friendly, welcoming, and truly appeared to LOVE their job and their boss(the owner of the business)! I love that on their short weekend stay we received photos of our sweet girls. Highly recommend 10/10, will come again!
