Read some reviews on other sites and talked to some staff. Dogs are often unsupervised, at least in person. They frequently watch them through cameras. Interventions come at a slow pace, if at all. Cleanliness is subpar at best. The staff are typically trained through videos. This leads to poor bathing and nail clipping techniques. The latter leading to injuries. We absolutely LOVE Hounds Town USA Cincinnati! Our dog, George Washington, is a pretty finicky guy with lots of personality quirks, and the staff here truly takes the time to understand him. They always match him with the right dogs to play with, making sure he’s comfortable and having fun. What started as just a day or two of daycare a week while we worked has turned into something we genuinely look forward to. The staff is beyond amazing—so kind, caring, and communicative. This place is AMAZING. People are very friendly and nice. Staff are very polite and respectful. My dog comes back home with the biggest smile on his face. they do amazing grooming and nail trimming. My dog has no problem with it at all thank you so much house stand for having the best place in the safest place for my dog to be.
We take our dog there a couple times a week and she absolutely loves it! She gets all excited when we pull up. Great staff and very friendly!
My partner brings our dog to hounds town whenever we go out of town. I sometimes tag along and have no complaints for most of the staff. They treat our fur baby like the angel she is. Only serious complaint I do have is towards one of the managers. Very rude and stand offish and seems to be nasty towards her fellow employees. I can’t remember her name for the life of me.
