The staff is friendly and really love the dogs. My 1 year old rescue loves going to Houndstown. I also love how they post videos on instagram throughout the day .
Hounds Town is perfect for my active 1-year old! She's placed in size appropriate play groups and gets her energy out. The staff knows her and greet her by name, and take wonderful care of her. She's always so happy to get there and play with her buddies! Highly recommend 🙂
Every staff member was friendly and pleasant to deal with. This was the smoothest 1st visit we have ever experienced. "Psalm's" 1st experience was surprisingly simple and fun. He ended up staying after his evaluation to get acquainted with Hounds Town. He made new friends, got a good report and played himself tired
Read some reviews on other sites and talked to some staff. Dogs are often unsupervised, at least in person. They frequently watch them through cameras. Interventions come at a slow pace, if at all. Cleanliness is subpar at best. The staff are typically trained through videos. This leads to poor bathing and nail clipping techniques. The latter leading to injuries.
