Left my 3 dogs overnight for one night. Picked them up the next morning covered in urine and feces. They had been left alone from 4pm-11am. I was curious as to why they offer exit baths and now I know. They let them sit in their own filth. I can only imagine how bad it would’ve been if they stayed for a few days. I will never go back.
My dog attended a day boarding session and I am thoroughly pleased with the attentiveness and kindness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the facility !
Just amazing! It was our first time bringing our dog (who struggles socializing) to a doggy daycare setting. We were worried for no reason at all. Every single staff member we met, was so kind and it was evident that their top priority was making sure our girl was comfortable, safe, and enjoyed herself. We received pictures and updates throughout the day as well. Thank you!
My pup Lola had been attending daycare here for a few weeks now and I feel as if it’s time to leave an honest review. Customer service : The first day of daycare there was a hiccup and the staff at houndstown were very quick to resolve the issue and make sure it did not reoccur. They have been absolutely phenomenal in their care for my pup and I am always greeted with smiles and warmth from the front desk.
