I visited Hounds Town to hopefully get my 7 month old pup approved after a required evaluation for an upcoming vacation and left there very dissatisfied. When my boyfriend and I filled out the questionnaire online it asked if she was neutered or spayed. We indicated that she wasnt and drove 30 minutes from Surprise to Avondale to find out they wouldnt even be able to take her unless she was fixed. Signed up for an evaluation, drove almost 40 min to get there just to be told that my dog had to be spayed to stay there. They let me fill out all my forms and everything just to turn me away saying my dog was passed the age. They could have called and said something to me about it, and I wouldn’t have wasted over an hour of my time. When asked if the website says anything we were told “ it’s in the about us section” even though I put in her age TWICE. And still no call or anything. Very unprofessional experience.
