We love it here! My puppy really enjoys spending time here during the day and she gets excited to head there in the morning. They really saved my life, we started there when I was having some mobility issues after a surgery and I needed an outlet for her, it’s been wonderful ever since. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and genuinely pleasant. They know all the dogs by name and I love the cute extra stuff like the photos. I highly recommend.
I been coming here for well over a year and they always do a great job with my dog. She is treated very well there and always return happy and clean. Carah always goes the extra mile and I great appreciate that. They keep the place very clean. I highly recommend this place. Top notch.
Houndstown Smyrna does a great job of taking care of my dog(Fireball). And I love the little personal touches (dog pictures, special events & activities such as paw painting). I drive 45min to board my dog at this location, but it is worth it.
I recently entrusted Houndstown with my puppy because I wanted to increase his stimulation and social interaction. While I was initially nervous, I quickly became comfortable after meeting the staff and speaking with the owner. It’s clear he truly cares about how the facility is run. The team is attentive, listens to concerns, and even addresses your fur baby by name which made all the difference.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this doggy day care! My sweet Shih Tzu, Sir Kobe, absolutely loves it here. From the moment we walk in, he’s wagging his tail like he owns the place. The staff treats him like royalty—just like his name suggests! 👑🐾 They’re patient, gentle, and genuinely care about the dogs.
