I been coming here for well over a year and they always do a great job with my dog. She is treated very well there and always return happy and clean. Carah always goes the extra mile and I great appreciate that. They keep the place very clean. I highly recommend this place. Top notch.
Houndstown Smyrna does a great job of taking care of my dog(Fireball). And I love the little personal touches (dog pictures, special events & activities such as paw painting). I drive 45min to board my dog at this location, but it is worth it.
Felt immediately comfortable leaving my pup here. Everyone was so friendly and kind and took amazing care of my dog both during daycare and boarding. It's invaluable to have that peace of mind that they will treat your dog like their own. I'm so glad to have found this place!
I recently entrusted Houndstown with my puppy because I wanted to increase his stimulation and social interaction. While I was initially nervous, I quickly became comfortable after meeting the staff and speaking with the owner. It’s clear he truly cares about how the facility is run. The team is attentive, listens to concerns, and even addresses your fur baby by name which made all the difference.
Hounds Town is perfect for my dog. She is a rescue and came from a difficult situation. She is also deaf. Other places wouldn't allow her in. She loves HT and they are so good to her!
