The place appeared clean from what a visitor can see. The two staff were nice and welcomed my pet during his meet and greet. The only concern or issue I have is if they can use a harness instead of loop leashing as my pet was pulled on the loop chain. My anxious pet wouldnt walk upon request and the staff pulled on leash 2x even though I informed her he had collapsed trachea issues.
My dog and I love this place ! The employees are the sweetest and they know my fur baby by name. I appreciate this place so much. My dog always come home with a “hounds town hangover” 😂 lol , Meaning he had a great time! They also do a great job with grooming services as well. This is the only place I will take my dog. Thank you so much hounds town !!!

This place is very bias towards certain breeds. I brought my beautiful and friendly fur baby to these people; it was a true trainwreck before we could even get in the door for an evaluation as well as ask questions. They're temperament made my dog more anxious and hesitant, experience was so negative I couldn't find a door fast enough. A huge disappointment, most dog communities and services are nothing like this place in general.
