If you set an appointment here be prepared to be there at least an hour and a half after your actual appointment time. It's really a mixed bag. I've had nice encounters and others where I've felt judged. Like the time I came to get my pap smear. By whatever techs or doctor I saw that day. Today I even had the tech who administered my depovera shot voice recording while in the room with me.
