I'm not quite sure how this place has 4.6 stars. Honestly, since moving to Texas I have not had any great healthcare experiences except for my recent MRI appt at another office, but this is truly the worst experience I've had with a doctor's office. I initially set up an appointment with Dr Brown because she was a woman with high ratings, nearby and in my network. If zero stars were an option, I would give it. It’s unfortunate that I even have to give one. I’ve been to this office three times in the past three weeks, and every single time I was not seen for the issue I originally came in for. Each visit ended with the staff forgetting about me, then asking if I could come back the next day because they were “backed up.” But when I actually came back, they still forgot about me again.
