It's an unmanned pickup location for U-Haul. I think when picking up a rental vehicle or trailer, there should always be a customer service representative available to facilitate the rental. It can be unmanned when you're dropping a vehicle off, and all you have to do is drop the vehicle and the keys, but when picking up a rental, someone should be available to answer questions.

Would like to start off and say that this place has the best customer service of any kitchen and bath remodeling business I have been to. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Within minutes they were able to provide me with a quote with exceptional pricing. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking to redo or improve their home.
I am visiting my mom and dad who just bought countertops from Yin in Houma. They just remodeled their entire kitchen and their countertops were not cut to the specifications that were promised. Yin would not fix his error and I do not recommend this business to anyone. They do not take pride enough in their business to fix their own mistakes.
I purchased my countertops from Yin at DC countertops and the top I received is not wide enough on the island and he should've known better. I would not recommend him to anyone, I have had many discussions with him but he failed to negotiate a relpacement and refused to make it right. I would put negative stars on here if I could.
