I'd award 0 stars, if that was an option. H&S is the company contracted by Whittaker (the primary builder of New Town at St. Charles) and every.single.one. of our showers/tubs drains have failed due to incorrect or poor installation. We purchased this house as a new-build 6/2022. The first tub leaked during the first use and was repaired under warranty (the H&S repairman openly said that the drain wasn't even sealed). The other 3 water source leaks have been discovered as of 2/2025, outside of our warranty. Houlihans did not... read more
