I had a very poor experience with Andy Zabel of Houlihan Law in connection with Grafton/Grandview's handling of Keith Connor's personal property after his death. By the time Mr. Zabel became involved, there had already been weeks of delay, misinformation, and unclear communication from Grafton/Grandview and their legal side.
