After dealing with different Physio Therapists over the years, I was fairly jaded about how useful they actually are.... But I thought I'd try again after a suspected meniscus tear. She doesn't just send you home with a bunch of exercises that you're likely to ignore, she explains, in depth, what is going on and how the assigned exercises will help (and they do!)...
