I had such a great experience with Alex! He was incredibly friendly and kind from the moment he arrived, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could understand. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed quickly! I really appreciate his professionalism and how smooth the whole process was. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done!

Shane was my electrician today. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He provided me with excellent explanations of what he was doing and provided more affordable alternatives to some of my ideas that will work extremely well at meeting my needs. After a bit of searching I found a bunch of recommendations for Houle and I couldn't have been happier to find them! Shane was the electrician that were assigned and I will absolutely be requesting him again in the future. He was kind, courteous, punctual and talked me through what he was doing. Rich with Houle reworked some odd wiring, and added another light to a 4-way switch in my 100 year old house. It's never easy working in the old builds and these figured it out and even came back to fix a wiring error from the previous installer. They showed up on-time which is honestly the most important aspect of a contractor.
