Their technicians are an absolute disrepect, on June 11th the driver on their beat up econoline with license plate HH0059 almost causes an accident to me because they crossed all the way from the right lane in pacific avenue in yaletown to turn to the left without even looking, what kind of people does this company hire that drive like this?, no wonder the van is all beat up on almost every body panel from other accidents, that is very irresponsible.
Unresponsive and unprofessional project managers, will not be working with them Houle again.
Finally after updating my review in late January they contacted me and refunded me for the time they shouldn't have billed me for. Update January 2024: Houle responded to the review saying they'd reach out, a month later I have not heard from them. 2 years after my initial review: I had to contact their emergency service for an electrical issue in December 2023. I was told a minimum 2 hour charge. The technician was at my house for 23 minutes (my neighbour and I have it on camera) and I was charged for 3 hours. June 2021: Th... read more
