Have had a unit here for over 5 years. Greg is a pleasure to deal with. These units are clean, easy access, plowed in the winter, no rodent issues, and no issues with dust or moisture. Best place I’ve ever rented a unit from!
It's clean, super conveniently located, and competitively priced. Even better, the owner is an expert at storage management and a genuinely nice guy. My stepson was moving last week and at the last moment, realized that he needed to rent a storage unit for all extra household supplies. Fortunately, he was able to get a hold of a gentleman at Houk storage, one block south of Sprague Ave off of Pines. Only one mile from their new place that so happened to be also very convenient. Houk's hours of operation for utilizing the storage unit is from 7am-10pm. For us to move my stepson's things in a reasonable fashion, the manager of Houk's gave a passcode that allowed us to come ... read more
