The minute you check in you are greeted by the friendliest person- Kristi and then it continues on with each of the staff. Dr. Houk is by far the kindest Dr. He’s very caring, listens to your concerns and helps with non pharmacological ideas as well as prescribing the correct medicine for your needs. He diagnosed me many years ago and follows my progress diligently. I never want to think of not having him as my rheumatologist. He’s absolutely a wonderful person and Dr.
Dr Houk is a knowledgeable friendly person. He takes his time to examine you each and every time. He explained my options and pros and cons of each treatment option. He also is aware of other medical issues you are facing and takes that into account. I would highly recommend him .
Absolutely would recommend Dr Houk and his staff. Have dealt with RA for almost 30 years. No matter what medication I was given, frequent painful flare ups continued until 3 years ago when I started seeing Dr Houk. He explained the different medications and how they work, we found one that works for me. Have never felt rushed through appointments and he listens to you and your concerns.
