Mr. Melnychuk and Lynn have been wonderful with our house sales and purchase. William has a great personality and has been welcoming at anytime. He is very detailed to our individual needs. They are a great team. We highly recommend them!

These lawyers falsified the lien report when we bought our home and left our family in a very terrible situation. They will now not return our calls to discuss the matter. Unacceptable, shady, disturbing business going on here and will be reported to the Law Society.
