Not entirely sure how these guys run a strata without properly looking into issues. They gave out a $200.00 fine without looking into the allegations. I requested proof of photos of apparently being parked in a visitor stall. They decided to ghost me in emails and went ahead gave a fine. Unsure Who this Kerry person is, but there definitely not doing there job right. Proof can be provided from with the lack of communication. Speaking with someone above kerry would be ideal to get this sorted out.
Our complex with 3 stratas, were very fortunate to find Houghton Realty, who became our new property management company. We had great communication with their team right from the start, and we were on board with Houghton as our new property management. Love Kerry Gallicano! Have worked closely with her and have always been impressed with her knowledge and experience. She is always calm and is able to clearly provide guidance about the Strata Property Act as well as council duties & responsibilities. Houghton is so lucky to have her!
I’ve had a standout experience with the team at Houghton Realty. Their staff have been very pleasant to work with, particularly the accounting department and our strata manager. My family had experienced constant issues with a different strata company previously, so I was very surprised to learn how responsive and organised the team have been. They sorted the concerns I had about my unit very seamlessly.
My last strata was a nightmare to deal with, and I told myself I’d never be in a situation where I had to work with one again. Well, life happened and I’m glad it did because Houghton Realty changed how I view strata’s. They’re genuinely good people and that is a rare thing in this business so I am grateful that our strata uses them. I rarely bother to review, but these folks deserve it. 5 stars all around.
