Very responsive and excellent service.
We use Houghton Realty as our property management company and have for the last 14 years. They have a solid contractor list, great advice in regards to pro-active maintenance and creative, out of the box thinking for some of the more unique issues our building has come across. Since our property manager Jim was taking a step back, we now have two new property managers looking after our account. So far their communication has been clear and fast, and we feel quite well taken care of.
Incredible value, unparalleled knowledge. Get these guys onboard with your strata ASAP and you'll never regret it.
I had a great experience with Houghton reality. We had a horrible strata company, who were not on top of everything. One year with Houghton, all our bills are paid for in a timely manner (within a week), and they saved us lots of money! This is the first year our strata did not go up because they saved us money.
