Jason and the team at Houghton Realty have done an incredible job turning our building around. When they took over (on short notice) we were facing serious maintenance, financial, and management issues. Through countless hours of hard work, they brought transparency, structure, and support to help Council get back on track. There’s still a lot of work ahead, but for the first time in years, we’re finally on the right path. Highly recommended!
The team at Houghton Realty is amazing. Their realtors helped us sell our condo and were patient with us through multiple viewings of properties to try and find a new place. Ethan and Jason have a legal background, so their negotiation skills were top notch and helped us negotiate a great price on our place. I know they also do strata management, and while my building isn’t managed by them, I’ve met their team and feel confident in their expertise and their great communication with clients. 10/10 recommend!
