I like the staff, they are very nice and I can tell they are knowledgeable in their field. The problem is the team is working to prove the effectiveness of some treatment protocol. It feels like let's see how many people we can get to fit into this cookie cutter. I don't fit the cookie cutter and got worse, not better. 3 stars because the people are understanding and nice.
Just called office, spoke to a nasty receptionist named Tammy... Explained my doc needed me seen ASAP due to acute neck pain. Website states that same or next day appts available to pts with acute pain. Tammy states"I understand but we're booking into June.". So then take it off your damn website!!!!!!!
