Alex is a caring knowledgeable PT who deals with his clients in a professional manner and then charts a course of exercises to help with your specific issue. My issue lead to a needed surgery (Achilles Tendon tear) and then exercises to strengthen my heel and leg. I can't say enough exceptional recommendations for Alex and Houghton Physical Therapy to help with your therapy needs.
