So far, Mark Mulligan has been great during an unfortunate mix up that lead to the arrest of a family member. I had called his office to talk with him to ask if I could help in any way, he called me back promptly, was very professional, well spoken and knowledgeable overall. I went from worried to felling relieved. He explained the process, his plan to help her and how I could help.
