Cute very private apartments. Plenty of space to walk animals. Pet friendly. Close to downtown rose city, restaurants, stores. Unfortunately situated next to noisy factory, American plastic toys witch runs all day and night for 5 days in a row, two off. And busy winery, rose valley winery, smells like wine and certain apartments will have people and campers in back yard all summer.
