Horrible! No communication in reference to your the claim, no emails, letters nothing just cold turkey! I WILL NEVER REFER OR USE THIS FIRM AGAIN BY FAR THE WORST REPRESENTATION I EVER HAD AND ITS BEEN A YEAR AND THEY ARE HOLDING FUNDS I GUESS GAINING INTEREST IN HIS ACCOUNT WHOSE REALLY THE CROOK AND I WILL DEFINITELY CONTACTING THE BAR ASSOCIATION!
Unprofessional the ENTIRE STAFF! And liars!! And definitely not work the high fees associated with representation! BE WARE!! Please do due diligence before hiring this firm!
I did not get a chance to mediate, I feel the settlement was forced on me and little work was done to get a better settlement for me.
