James is the finest Master plumber I have ever come across . The job he came out to do included my leaking water heater and pipes in the laundry room that were leaking. He calls to f/u and educates about what is wrong and what course of action is needed . Water was off for a short while but EVERYTHING was fixed and up and running . I feel very very blessed . Courteous and friendly and professional ! Highly recommend .

This company was sent out as result of a HomeServe claim, an estimate was provided to HomeServe which included of an additional fee of $1300 without throughly investigating the problem. After waiting several days for the work to begin which was supposed to be them trenching 15 feet under my home, I sent James a text message inquiring about the inconsistencies in the timeline for the repairs he called me wanting to argue with me as if he was the one inconvenienced. A clown show is the best description I can come up with . Non working equipment and an unwillingness to find a solution. I would advise against using them unless you want to waste your day ..

A Class Act! It’s so nice when you encounter businesses with work ethic. My experience with Houdini Plumbing was awesome. They are experienced professionals who take pride in the work they do. I found them to be timely, excellent communicators, and caring and compassionate. I am a senior, Reggie made me feel like he was caring for his grandmother. This really helped with my anxiety of dealing with an awful situation. Continue the excellent work! More companies should have Reggie’s that work for them.

Had this company sent out by homeserve and they removed my secondary drain before asking me and ended up causing massive damage to my house. Own admins to his employees incompetence but will not provide us his insurance information. James the owner should feel ashamed of the way they have put me and my family (3 kids) through this nightmare 20k plus in damage and he wanted to offer us $500. That is unacceptable and not professional or ethical.
