After a HORRIBLE experience w/ JERRY'S HEAT/COOLING ( I reviewed them also), I called HOUCKs. The girl who answered the phone was sooooooo nice, helpful and knowledgeble. She set me up w/ an appointment. The tech came to my home, on time and very polite. He established what mess JH/C had left me w/ and figured his work and what I would need on my HEIL unit.
