Woke up this morning to 57 degrees in my house. I called Houck's Sal and Benjamin showed up 90 minuets later. They took their time addressing all possible causes repairing or replacing ONLY what was needed. They stayed while the burner worked up to temperature good thing they did, one of my lines froze over night fortunately it did not rupture. Woke up on Thanksgiving with no heat. I couldn't get hold of my usual company. I called Houck's and they came over promptly and fixed the issue at an extremely reasonable cost on a holiday.
