I found Zoe without integrity, distrustful and fraudulent as she led me to believe she would take care of my situation and never did!!! She lied for more than 6 months!
Absolute worst experience. Could never get return calls. Had to show up in person after many calls to get any meaningful communication. Made me file extensions year after year and then STILL filed at the very last second. And still it was not accurate so now on to 2nd amended return. Horrible communication, horrible customer service for an ungodly cost. I'm ashamed I stuck with them for years. My new CPA is fixing all their mistakes and for a fraction of the cost. They are super expensive & not transparent regarding their cost. They charged me almost $300 for less than 30 minute consultation regarding the business forming entity question without any action to file, and I still don't fully understand it. I have to seek another tax consultant to better explain this for me for a small fraction of their cost.
