Jeff is a good guy and knows his stuff. He’s a small local to Frederick firm, so he may have limited availability and time slots, but he’s detailed and will do a thorough inspection.
I had a listing in Rockville last fall, and significant structural damage was discovered in the crawlspace due to termites by the home inspector.
