Dr. Hou and staff are very professional in how they serve their patients. The staff is always patient, and considerate. They take the time to thoroughly explain what they are doing, how the treatment should proceed, what to expect, and any options. They demonstrate how to care for your teeth and aparatus when needed. My son's braces are coming off very soon and we are thoroughly pleased with our experience.
