I genuinely love my Hotworx membership, and I’m happy that the manager, Kaid, made things right by giving me a free month after I was initially overcharged. However, I feel like the associate who signed me up took advantage by charging me an excessive amount instead of honoring the promotion that was being advertised online. Hotworx wellington location is amazing!!! Besides Hotworx being great itself the staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The staff makes hotworx feel like a second home. I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a mini gym/ hot studio to work out at.

i love working & working out here. it’s an amazing place to cross train & get infrared benefits. i notice it helps me sleep better at night and reduces stress & inflammation.
First time coming to hotworx was about 3 months ago, have been coming every week or so since. The staff are very nice and welcoming and equipment is well maintained and very clean.
