I joined this club on February 17th and was welcomed without any mention of an upcoming ownership change. Then on March 1st, I received a text saying the club was changing ownership. I paid for the Elite tier, which was supposed to give me access to multiple locations in the St. Louis area, so I wasn’t initially concerned. However, after the ownership change, my access to all locations and the app was completely removed. HOTWORX Swansea is such an amazing place to work out! Kayla, Ericka, Monique, Alexis, and Ang are always so welcoming, helpful, and make every session enjoyable. The studio is clean, motivating, and the staff truly care about your fitness journey!
