I don't ever leave reviews unless they are positive, but I have been coming here for over a year and have loved it - up until recently. Most of the staff is always kind and polite except for one lady who has a very hostile and passive aggressive attitude towards me just because I like to workout at a lower temperature than 130 degrees Fahrenheit and leave the door open to let out the hot air due to laser treatments I get). I workout here and it’s so neat, never had any problems. And I love how cleanly it is.
DO NOT START A MEMBERSHIP HERE. I joined in July of 2023 and was told I could cancel anytime after 3 months. I was unable to use the facility due to medical issues and waited the 3 months to call and cancel. After calling and emailing in November, I finally got a return call in December. The woman stated she was the manager and she had no idea who the person was that created my account.
