I had a very disappointing experience with HOTWORX waxahachie. I was informed that my policy had been cancelled, yet I continued to be charged afterward. When I contacted Brittany for clarification and assistance, I received no help! I would not recommend this company based on my experience and hope they improve their communication and customer support.
I have always had a great experience at this location. It’s always clean and the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful! The workouts are great and I love the flexibility in scheduling.
I absolutely love working out at HOTWORX! The environment is always clean and really welcoming, which makes it so easy to stay consistent and actually enjoy my workouts. I’ve been a member at HOTWORX Waxahachie for the past 6 months, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, which is especially important to me since I shower there regularly. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. Easily the best Hotworx location! The staff, owners and managers are amazing and friendly. They are all very knowledgeable about the classes, products and merchandising on site. The owners and mangers are always willing to help. Areas are always clean. Saunas, floors, bathrooms, all clean. I always see a staff member picking up and keeping themselves busy.
