Not only do they not maintain there equipment they have entitled members that don’t book the sauna space and take the time frame you had after warming the sauna up. So annoying! Do better!

I’ve been a member since March and absolutely love the classes. I even got some family members to join. The only thing is… I’ve never been able to go by myself. My code and Bluetooth access has never worked. I’ve brought this up to workers, one of them twice, and even the owner. They’ve all said they’re going to reset it or send in a notice for it or something, but it’s never gotten fixed. I tell them that it’s not working, just about every time I’m there. I can’t stress how welcoming this gym is! From the music bringing a smile from ear to ear, the diversity of people with the same goal and Emily cheering you on and boosting the energy always…I love this place! Love Emily and all the girls up front!

I have spent my whole life hating exercise but I find myself excited to come to Hotworx! The staff is especially helpful and the manager Emily goes out of her way to help you. She is patient with all new questions and with learning the system. I am so happy here!
