I’ve been a member since March and absolutely love the classes. I even got some family members to join. The only thing is… I’ve never been able to go by myself. My code and Bluetooth access has never worked. I’ve brought this up to workers, one of them twice, and even the owner. They’ve all said they’re going to reset it or send in a notice for it or something, but it’s never gotten fixed. I tell them that it’s not working, just about every time I’m there. I have spent my whole life hating exercise but I find myself excited to come to Hotworx! The staff is especially helpful and the manager Emily goes out of her way to help you. She is patient with all new questions and with learning the system. I am so happy here!
It’s been amazing since starting! Love the videos and 24/7 availability. The girls who work there are awesome as well! Emily is the best manager ever!
