I absolutely love working out at HOTWORX! The environment is always clean and really welcoming, which makes it so easy to stay consistent and actually enjoy my workouts. It never feels overcrowded or overwhelming—just a relaxed space where you can focus on yourself. A huge shoutout to the manager, Emily. I’ve been a member at HOTWORX Waxahachie for the past 6 months, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, which is especially important to me since I shower there regularly. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. Easily the best Hotworx location! The staff, owners and managers are amazing and friendly. They are all very knowledgeable about the classes, products and merchandising on site. The owners and mangers are always willing to help. Areas are always clean. Saunas, floors, bathrooms, all clean. I always see a staff member picking up and keeping themselves busy. I’ve been going to Hotworx Waxahachie for about 6 months now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. From day one, the staff and owners have been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and consistent in making the experience great every time I come in. Great communication too!
