I was visiting from out of town and the women that work here are AMAZING! Not only did they get my workout scheduled for me but they also gave me tips on restaurants around town. The studio was clean and just a great atmosphere!!
I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, but today was the final straw. The customer service here has steadily declined, and the staff, particularly a young blonde girl, has consistently displayed the worst attitude. I’ve had ongoing issues with this place, but today’s experience was the most frustrating. While in the middle of a hot yoga session, I was abruptly told by this staff member that I was not allowed to use my towel, which I had borrowed from the studio several times before without issue. Great space and very clean! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Perfect combination of fitness and the benefits of infrared sauna. They also have the cutest merchandise.
