Signed up for the free class at 5:45 and no one was at the location when I arrived. I called serval times and got no answer, and there's not even a voicemail to leave a message. A guess told me on her way out, she had been there since 5, and they were gone. Staffing hours are until 8. Very disappointed.
I can't say enough good things about Hotworx Slidell. I've been a member for about 2 years (maybe almost 3) now, and Monique is absolutely fantastic. She's always smiling and will stop to chat while making sure all rooms are clean and ready for you. I'm so glad I added this to my workout routine. Update - 2026 and still absolutely obsessed. Don't think, just join.
