Absolutely not. I have been a member since they opened, brought people to them. I have a medical reason why I can't attend and I've been given the run around to cancel. Now I finally go in, do what they say and get charged for the month. I was hoping to come back after figuring out my medical issues but this has been so frustrating I won't be back. Just like every other gym. No helping their clients. Doesn't help there is no manager of this location to communicate with either.
They’re so bad at communicating and literally EVERYTHING it’s a good place for the sauna and workout however the team is HORRIBLE they don’t know what they’re talking about and they’ll constantly lie to you. They charged me so many random fees and would lie about them telling me that it would be one price and it was ALWAYS more than they said. Hands down the best gym I’ve gone to! The staff is so friendly and it’s a great environment.
I felt stuck after moving to Saratoga Springs, from PHX (where the gym options are unlimited). But then gave a try to HotWorx, and fell in love with it. With my new work schedule, that changes every week, I needed a gym with flexible hours. I can have access to this place 24/7, it’s not busy, and there’s always enough equipment for me.
