I was trying to cancel my membership. I was told there was a 99 dollar fee ON TOP of paying for the whole month. The manager of this establishment told me he felt like i was playing games because I simply asked a question about the fee. So rude and told me to ignore that and continue on paying him the 99 dollars. Apparently there is no one else to talk to about this. So so rude i cannot believe an establishment would allow someone like this to run a place.

Love Hotworx! I have been coming here for almost 6 years and wouldn’t go to any other gym. The workouts are great, it’s clean, and the staff (Gabe) is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend!

obsessed. Hotworx is such a great concept! I love that you work out in a private sauna (but they are big enough to bring 2 friends), and I love the infrared benefits. I always feel like I got in a great workout even if it was only 15 minutes. And the prices are super good, especially since it's unlimited access and 24/7. Definitely worth checking out!!!

Absolutely LOVE the staff here. They are beyond welcoming and genuinely care about how you’re doing! HOTWORX has made my fitness journey fun and rewarding and I’ve seen so much progress! 5/5 love this gym and everyone who works here!

Pros: open 24 hours even on holidays - less busy than the mainstream gym down the road (Vasa) - great for joints and isometric strength - super clean facility and free weight section which no one uses! Cons: some of the instructors are hard to listen to, it seems way too scripted and cheesy which causes me to lose motivation. The instructors are all perfectly groomed and self tanned - it just doesn’t feel authentic. Sweating in a sauna 3x a week all year long just doesn’t feel like a great long term fitness routine (for me) ... read more
