My wife for a year tried to cancel her membership and had no luck because you cant in the app and they dont answer calls or emails or texts. They finally answered after a year and said they are under new management and before ya they never responded but they would cancel it now. They acknowledged all the unanswered calls and texts and emails reviewing their logs but said its under new ownership. No refund for any of it. We moved out of state and couldn't get any assistance.
I can’t say enough good things about this HOTWORX studio! They truly go above and beyond to make it a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a different experience than your average gym! They truly take such good care of you here.
I was trying to cancel my membership. I was told there was a 99 dollar fee ON TOP of paying for the whole month. The manager of this establishment told me he felt like i was playing games because I simply asked a question about the fee. So rude and told me to ignore that and continue on paying him the 99 dollars. Apparently there is no one else to talk to about this. So so rude i cannot believe an establishment would allow someone like this to run a place.
Love Hotworx! I have been coming here for almost 6 years and wouldn’t go to any other gym. The workouts are great, it’s clean, and the staff (Gabe) is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend!
obsessed. Hotworx is such a great concept! I love that you work out in a private sauna (but they are big enough to bring 2 friends), and I love the infrared benefits. I always feel like I got in a great workout even if it was only 15 minutes. And the prices are super good, especially since it's unlimited access and 24/7. Definitely worth checking out!!!
