Kristina went above and beyond when I needed to switch my home gym setup after a move. This is my favorite gym ever. Before joining I was worried about the monthly cost (because what if I didn’t love it), but after going it’s so so worth it so if that’s your concern too, then don't worry!! I look forward to going to my sessions! The staff are so so sweet and nice too💕.

I have been going to Hotworx Stone Oak for 6 years nos and I feel great. I recommend this type of hot sauna for perimenopause and menopause women because it is gentle on joints exercises but at the same time strengthens your muscles and gives you good elasticity. Genesis takes very good care of equipment, cleanness and organizes tours always with a big smile and a wonderful disposition. I’ve been a member for a few years and I couldn't be happier with my experience making this a great fit for me! I have my own code so I feel secure and safe no matter what hours I decide for my wo routine. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The facility is always so clean and the ambiance and workout classes are perfect Definitely worth checking out!
