I want to start by making it very clear that this review is not a reflection of the employees at this location. The staff genuinely do their very best with what they are dealt and what is put on their plate. I consistently see them helping guests, cleaning the facility, addressing concerns, and doing everything they can to provide good customer service. I joined HOTWORX last month and I really enjoy the heat! At first I was a bit concerned that it wasn’t going to be my thing, but the more I go the more I crave it😊 I’m sleeping better, my joints feel better now I’m waiting for the physical appearance results to come!! I’m going to be patient with my self and keep coming!

I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since the first week of December. I have a medical note from a doctor stating that I can’t workout. When getting in touch with a staff member today about this she was incredibly unprofessional, wouldn’t get me in touch with the manager, and refused to help even though I have a doctor’s note but that I would have to pay out the contract, medical reason or not. Nice place, 4 stars is for the lack of ability to manage your membership online and being able to transfer locations online. Franchises should have this ability through the corporate website to transfer membership locations. As 2025 this should be a standard practice.
