Great place to work out in general but what sets this place apart is definitely the staff. The girls are very helpful and kind I never feel judged coming here and I really appreciate it!
Loove HOTWORX. I have depression & anxiety and sometimes longer workouts can feel very daunting, I like that they’re quick and come with infrared benefits! In the 30 days I’ve been a member, I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels, post workout soreness, my skin, and confidence :). The ladies at this location are very knowledgeable and nice, I am always greeted with a smile.
There are so many good things I can say about Hotworx. To start with, the staff is so warm, kind, and welcoming. The facility is very clean. Now the best part, there are so many different workouts to choose from. The fact that it is open 24 hours gives me many choices as to when I'd like to go exercise. Hotworx has helped keep me consistent in my workout routine and has helped me reach my personal goals. I have been a member for about 2 years now.
Midtown has always been more than a "Gym". It's a fitness Studio and a family!! If you're looking to get healthy this is the right place for you! It's helped me mentally physically and emotionally! Highly recommend!!
Love HotWorx, I feel like it's gotten me back into working out when I actually have time. Booking the classes is so easy and I love stacking my points for credit at the end of every 90 days. I look and feel so much better ever since I started HotWorx 10 months ago
