I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since the first week of December. I have a medical note from a doctor stating that I can’t workout. When getting in touch with a staff member today about this she was incredibly unprofessional, wouldn’t get me in touch with the manager, and refused to help even though I have a doctor’s note but that I would have to pay out the contract, medical reason or not. Nice place, 4 stars is for the lack of ability to manage your membership online and being able to transfer locations online. Franchises should have this ability through the corporate website to transfer membership locations. As 2025 this should be a standard practice.
I signed up in June, and love going. Members can stop in and work out anytime, even holidays, which I love since our regular gym has some weird hours. I didn’t think I would like working out in the heat but the first time I tried it with a friend, I knew I was going to sign up! I have signed up, go regularly, and feel so much better about myself. The workouts are fast and burn so many calories, but I also just feel so much better after leaving. The bathrooms and showers are always clean, staff is always nice when I see them!
Great place to work out in general but what sets this place apart is definitely the staff. The girls are very helpful and kind I never feel judged coming here and I really appreciate it!
Loove HOTWORX. I have depression & anxiety and sometimes longer workouts can feel very daunting, I like that they’re quick and come with infrared benefits! In the 30 days I’ve been a member, I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels, post workout soreness, my skin, and confidence :). The ladies at this location are very knowledgeable and nice, I am always greeted with a smile.
