Just went for the first time. The owner was there. He was helpful in showing me around, and explained all the different workout classes available. Love how the classes work around my schedule.
I've been going here for about two months. I'm a mom of one and this is my "me" time. The staff is great, the place is clean and the workouts are great. highly suggest you take a class for free if you're questioning it.
