The sauna experience is incredible! You feel completely detoxed like all the bad stuff is drained from your body!
HOT! Yes, it is but it's also good for you! Plus, the staff is top notch from the owners all the way down to the on-premise staff. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great workout on your time. Lot's of workouts to choose from so you will never get bored!! Try it and you will love it!
I’ve been going here since they pretty much opened. I love the owners and this place! It’s always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful!!
