Great place to work out. Staff is great and super helpful.
I only started a couple weeks ago, me and my sister came in for our free trial. We both were very impressed, clean, friendly staff, friendly peers. Workouts offer different options for beginners, usual, advanced which is very important as a beginner. I brought a friend today and she signed up as well. Lucky to have Ava for my original visit and with my friend. She was so sweet, very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for. Relatable and that’s very important, this was a big step for me!
Great gym with kind staff! Employees do a great job keeping the gym clean! I love how members get 24 hr access. Low impact workouts that have you sweating! Sauna helps with inflammation and clears up skin. The monthly price is great for unlimited!
