Not sure why it’s claims to be a 24/7 gym when there is a keypad for security purposes on the door where you have to ring a door bell to be buzzed in by an employee I tried to get in with my app and wasnt able to since A worker was not on shift I have the sweat elite where it works at any and every location I have visited over 10 different locations and by far this has to be one of the most ridiculous ones.

Update: The owners gave me a call and were very receptive to my concerns. I'm so grateful to them for that because at other gyms this kind of complaint wouldn't be taken seriously. I love this gym. The only thing that bothers me is the man who has been consistently being a weirdo around 7:45 PM. He doesn’t book his sessions, just walks into sauna if there’s a free spot. I absolutely love HOTWORX! The infrared workouts are intense but in the best way.. I always leave feeling refreshed and accomplished. Huge thank you to Lexia for referring me! She told me I’d love it, and she was 100% right. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, do it you won’t regret it! See you there..
